Self Discipline

Self-discipline is the having the will power inside you to do the right things at the right time.

When you practise self-discipline, you will discover that you are in charge of your lives and

actions. This will empower you and give you confidence in your abilities and choices.

What does self-discipline mean to you?

How will you practise self-discipline in your daily life?

Fruitie and Veggie Day

Every first Friday of the month, there is the Fruitie and Veggie Day held during recess. For

every one serving of fruit, students will be given 1 kuti kuti by the food vendor. The kuti kutis

also can be given to students who bring their own fruits to school.

The class’s Health Education Monitors will collect the kuti kutis from the pupils

from their classes and the scores will be tabulated. The class with the most number of kuti kutis

for consecutive 2 months will be awarded prizes.

In the month of February, 4 Aspiration has emerged the champion for the Fruitie and Veggie

Day with 20 over kuti kutis!

Let us continue to work towards a healthy diet and lifestyle!

Model Students in January

Yasmin and Chye Chuen are the model students from 4 Aspiration in the month of January.

They have proved to be responsible and reliable students. Keep up this good work!

We should all aim to be model students. Everyone has a chance to shine. Show me that you can

be the model student in February!

The Boy Who Flew Too High

Would Icarus have survived if he listened to his father?

What happened when Icarus fell into the sea? Did anyone went to save him?

What do you think is the moral of the story?

Answers: Miss Lee I know the answers to the questions.

1.Icarus would have survive if he had listen to his father.

2.Icarus would have drowned and no one went to save him.

3.The moral of the story is that we must listen to our parent’s because they know what is right for us.
